Bowdabra celebrates the many uses of ribbon during National Craft Month.  National craft month is a time for all things crafty! It is a month long jubilee where craft enthusiasts come together to celebrate their love for creative endeavors.

Bowdabra brings the creative fun to our Bowdabra Blog for the entire month – with lots of craft projects, linky parties, and blog hopping. With each National Craft Month post Bowdabra will give you an opportunity to enter into our huge giveaway.

    WE LOVE BOWDABRA!! We have used almost every idea email you’ve sent. The kids love to help, and you make it easy for me to let them. Thank you!! I have three daughters (and their friends), and about 20 nieces and little cousins, godchildren…who I make bows for. Also, my daughters and I make them for the local shelters and nonprofit places around here. These prizes would help us make LOTS more for everyone.

    I have the mini bow maker and the Hair Bow Tool & Ruler. I love ribbon and would use this ribbon to decorate handcrafted birthday and occasion cards that me and my Card Club make. Many are given to non-profit organizations for fundraising.

    I also can’t resist making gorgeous hair bows for my granddaughter and her friends. Ummm, just thought of something I should do – make hair bows for sick girls in the hospital to help make them feel pretty. That’s what I’ll do with this ribbon.

    I would make ribbon flowers, which I hot glue onto pens that have been wrapped with yarn. I use my bowdabra to make bows that I hot glue to the side off the pens. I sell these at local craft fairs. Really cute!

    I had so many compliments Christmas time for making beautiful bows for my Premier Design Jewelry giveaways; the beautiful bows I put on the purses I was giving away for bookings, not to mention all the bows I made for all the Christmas gifts using my Bowdabra.
    I have looked so many times for the smaller Bowdabras for hairbows, so I would LOVE to win the Bowdabra for hairbows for I too would make all kinds of hairbows for my Beautiful 6 year old Granddaughter and small bows for the smaller boxes with my Premier Design Jewelry business.     I have the small version of the Bowdabra and I absolutely love it!! I have not made a bow without it in over 5 years even though there are “Easy Bow” tutorials all over the place, I choose to use my lil’ Bowdabra. I also enjoy the emails that come with ideas of things to make.

      Oh…and if I won the ribbon, I would premake bows and also keep some on hand to use while making greeting cards!. I would also use it to add bows of beauty to the tent cards for the tables at my wedding in June. :}

    I am only held back by my lack of ribbons!! Apart from making bows I use the ribbons on my cards. I make roses, triangles, sew patterns with ribbon, thread ribbon through slits – oh so many ways to bring interest and variety to cards. Would now love to have a go at hair and shoe clips.
