We have some really awesome blogs who share their crafts with us each week in our Crafty Showcase. Today we picked a few of our favorite winter paper craft and other activities to share with you.
I personally do not like the cold weather but push through it by keeping busy. This weeks theme of paper crafting, card making and even scrapbooking are wonderful craft projects to get involved in to help get through long, cold, dark winter months. 1- Cathie at Toddlers through Preschool shared a fun winter activity- Snow and Ice Melt that is sure to please any kid at heart. What a fun kids activity to do outdoors. The great thing with this project is that you can bring it inside to conduct the experiment! She is also offering a freebie so click on over and join in! This is truly Snow Much Fun!
2-Art Club Blog shared the perfect winter paper crafting project! Paper Snowflakes are one of my favorite things to make! Again this is an indoor project that will fill hours and hours of time. It is perfect for all ages. Click over and find out how she made these beautiful snowflakes and to get free snowflake patterns.
3-Nichi at The Mandatory Mooch linked up a fun winter project that is sure to please! Her fun post shows how to collect snow and create this yummy Snow Ice Cream treat! Kids and adults will all love this.

What great ideas. We are expecting snow here this weekend and sometimes the children find it a little too cold for too long so I love things like this.
