The Bowdabra
Designed by self-proclaimed “craft-challenged” Sandy Sandler, the Bowdabra is an easy-to-use crafting tool used to make bows. Sandy was inspired to come up with the Bowdabra when employees of her gift basket company had trouble making professional-looking bows for her products. She tried other bow-makers on the market, but they were either complicated or fell apart. The Bowdabra comes in two pieces – the Bowdabra itself and the Bowdabra wand. People of all ages can use the Bowdabra, even children as young as three and people who suffer from arthritis or other conditions that affect dexterity.
Using the Bowdabra is as easy as 1-2-3:

Place your bow wire in the Bowdabra and then your ribbon.Loop the ribbon back and forth through to achieve the size bow you desire. The Mini Bowdabra was created to help people tie tiny bows for scrapbooks, handmade cards, hair accessories and other small crafts. Though the original Bowdabra can make a bow out of just about anything, it is too large to make bows small enough for certain crafts. Now, people can pair it up with the Mini Bowdabra and meet all their crafting needs!

Can this bow making machine make different bows – e.g Hair bow ribbons, pew bows etc.
Great question, Hillary. The Bowdabra bow maker works great for large style bows for wreaths, home decor, and pew bows. While the Mini Bowdabra is best suited for smaller bows that are used in scrapbooking, card-making, and hair bows. Bowdabra’s newest product the Hair Bow Tool & Ruler fits over the Mini Bowdabra to help make even bow loops for hair bows.
