I bought the “mini hair bow maker” with instructions cd because I don’t always have access to the Internet. I can’t do anything because to download you have to INTERNET! What a wast of time and money! “instruction cd” my but will never buy any thing else from you again I have made that very clear to my church, my children’s school and our local craft clubs

I might be wrong, but I thought it was advertised and sold as an E-book, which means you have to have internet access to access the instructions. All of the Bowdabra products are wonderful. My cd-rom is broken and I e-mailed support and Sandy Sandler, the founder of this company, personally e-mailed me a link so I could access it straight off the internet. I was having issues with making a certain bow and Sandy took the time to call me on the phone and help me with my problems. We shared an hour and a half conversation and she is one of the nicest people I have ever talked to. She really wants everyone who buys her products to be completely satisfied. If you ask me, Bowdabra has excellent customer services. This is just my opinion and I don’t mean to offend you, but I think you should have e-mailed support before you went around bashing such a wonderful company. Also, you should have read that the cd that came with the hair bow tool gives you access to an E-book, which means you have to be online to view it. Sorry, for butting in here, but I didn’t want other people to read this and get the wrong impression about the products and the company, especially Sandy. She is truly wonderful. She’s not about selling products, she’s about helping people to save money by making their own bows, decorations, crafts, etc. Part of our hour and a half convo was her telling me ways to make money selling bows, where to find the best deals on ribbon, and encouraging me to go for it. Two months later, I have made probably close to $500 selling bows on the side while working a full-time job with a 4 year old daughter. I hate to see when people trash a company or a product when they don’t know what they are talking about.

        Katrina,

Thank you so much. That is so kind of you to take the time and write this note. I really appreciate it.

Loved your reply response. Now spill. Where do you find the best deals on ribbon? What did she say about ways to make money selling bows? My daughter and I, she’s 12, are looking for a way to make some money with this. How did you make the $500?

love all the crafts… but my mini bowdabra came without the instructional CD. I have 2 girls who both love to wear bows, one is a teen and the other is 7. Any suggestions of sites that I can find the instructions to make their own hair bows. I also have the original bowdabra and have yet to master it. So any suggestions would be greatly appreciated… Thanks
