I’m so excited to join the Bowdabra design team! I received the Bowdabra as a gift two years ago, and instantly fell in love with this easy-to-use tool. I cannot wait to share craft projects with fellow Bowdabra fans. Ever since I was a little girl I’ve always enjoyed making crafts. I feel it’s so important to unleash your creative side even if it’s only for 15 minutes a day! I’m a busy lady. I’m a Marketing professional during the day and on my free time I stay occupied with crafting, cooking, and blogging! I’m also a proud mama to a ten-pound Yorkie, Lola. Whom, you might just get to meet in future craft projects.
I am the author and voice behind Sew Woodsy. We are a husband and wife craft team. Jon a.k.a. Mr. Woodsy is a woodworker and home renovation expert, and I’m into all things crafty from card making to beginner sewing projects and everything in between. Sew Woodsy is a blog that not only documents our projects, but the journey we are sharing together. Shortly after buying our first home (two years ago) we noticed how many projects we were completing, and wanted a way to document them. A blog was a perfect outlet. Plus blogging allows us to share tutorials on how to do various projects inexpensively with the world. When I’m not working, crafting, or spending time with my Yorkie (and husband), I’m tending to my cooking blog, Katie’s Cucina. I like to cook everything under the sun—in the most recent year, baked goods. So as one can imagine most of my time is dedicated to both blogs, but to be honest I wouldn’t have it any other way. I like to stay busy (and in my mind it keeps me sane)! I can’t wait to share quick and easy craft projects that you can complete in your free time!
